8. Fun Photos

 

 In April 2007, I returned this carp fish back to the Mazon River after a flood stranded it in my back yard.  I caught this one and 2 others with a net in the receding water.

In the photo below, I had some fun on Labor Day weekend 2007 jumping into Lake Michigan from a pier in Silver Beach County Park in St. Joseph, Michigan.

In the photo below, I am frolicking with a dog in the Pacific Ocean at Limantour Beach north of San Francisco on May 17, 2008.  I was the only human who fully immersed in the frigid waters on a day that was unseasonably warm.
