My experiences attributed to exercise-induced GH

By Mark Leigh

I can’t know for sure what positive experiences are caused by increased release of GH because I have changed my diet and other things too.  But here are some experiences that I think are related to an increased release of GH:

1.  After exercise, I often have a feeling of accomplishment and a sense that I can more easily handle the daily stresses of life.  Sometimes I have a feeling of exuberance and a feeling of great health.  These “high experiences” are in contrast to normal experiences that occur 6-8 hours after anaerobic exercise.

2.  When I exercise just before going to bed, I usually have ”waves of well-being” when I lay down for the night.  This just means that I feel very content and that “all is well”.

3.  During and right after exercise, I have a greatly increased enjoyment of music.  Sometimes the enjoyment reaches a point where my face contorts in a way similar to the face of a lead guitarist in a rock band while playing licks.

4. My aches and pains have decreased.  The pain and discomfort in my right hip healed completely; for three years prior to starting anaerobic exercise, my right leg became weaker than my left leg and I often limped slightly.  Also my lower back is not as tight after extended car trips.

5. My muscles are bigger and more defined.  I have lost fat.

6.  The bags under my eyes are much less when I arise in the morning.  The wrinkles on my face may have lessened.

7.  It seems that my fingernails have been growing faster since I started anaerobic exercise.

What experiences do you attribute to increased pulses of GH?
